Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant Freelancer (remote)

Be in IT is a recruitment company, specialised in sourcing Specialists from the information technology world. Currently, for our client, we are looking for someone in the position Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant Freelancer.

• Long-term cooperation with a Polish IT company providing services to various domestic and European clients, including solutions based on the Microsoft stack and Business Intelligence tools.
• Analyzing business needs and translating them into solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
• Conducting workshops with clients/business users.
• Gathering and documenting functional requirements.
• System configuration (entities, forms, views, business processes, business rules).
• Modeling sales, marketing and/or customer service processes.
• Supporting solution architecture design (no development required).
• Cooperation with the development team (when customizations are needed).
• Functional testing (UAT), support for deployments and rollouts. Training for end users. Optimization and further development of existing implementations.

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or similar).
• Senior experience is welcome, also with older versions than 365 named.
• Experience in the role of Functional Consultant/Business Analyst.
• Ability to conduct workshops and work directly with clients.
• Practical knowledge of system configuration (no programming required).
• Understanding of business processes (sales, lead management, customer service).
• Ability to work independently and good organization in a remote work model.
• Fluent English at minimum B2 level.
• Availability for cooperation of at least 30 hours per month (can be more or less, depends on candidate's possibility and current project needs, even 120 hours).
• Running a company in UE or EEA zone (required). 

• Long-term cooperation with remuneration in the range of 40-45 EUR net/h on the B2B contract.
• Fast and efficient recruitment process – one online technical interview (approx. 1 hour).
• Flexible working hours - no fixed schedule, the goal is to complete assigned tasks.
• Flexible availability adjusted to the candidate’s capacity (20-120 hours monthly).
• Fully remote cooperation.
• Contract with the Polish company.
