Mendix Developer (remote)

Be in IT is a recruitment company, specialised in sourcing Specialists from the information technology world. Currently, for our client, we are looking for someone in the position Mendix Developer.

• Implementing prioritized backlog items and fixing production incidents (maintenance activities as well as contributing to project deliveries).
• Performing deployment of releases.
• Aligning with business areas to clarify requirements, resolve production issues, and discuss matters arising during acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintaining ongoing alignment with the Mendix Center of Excellence and other interfacing services.
• Optional: maintenance of templates produced by the Jinja template engine.
• Hosting agile ceremonies (daily meetings, retrospectives, sprint planning) on a rotational basis within 3-week-long regular sprints.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Mendix development supported by certification.
• Ability and willingness to navigate in an agile team and host agile ceremonies.
• Experience working for an end-user with high standards and high-quality expectations.
• Readiness to support deployments taking place every three weeks between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Experience with Java is a plus.
• Experience with the Jinja template generation engine or any other template engine is a plus.
• Knowledge of English at a B2 or C1 level - enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum one-month notice period (effective at the end of the month) is acceptable.

• Long-term cooperation with a salary range of 160-200 PLN net/hour + VAT.
• Support in setting up and running a business for individuals without prior experience.
• Efficient and fast recruitment process - one, maximum two technical interviews with managers, online (one hour each).
• Cooperation between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with slight flexibility possible.
