Siebel IT Operations Specialist (remote)

Be in IT is a recruitment company, specialised in sourcing Specialists from the information technology world. Currently, for our client, we are looking for someone in the position Siebel IT Operations Specialist.

• Monitoring and maintenance of Siebel CRM environments.
• Incident analysis, problem diagnosis, and delivery of solutions.
• Support for Change Management processes and deployment activities.
• Support for business users and project teams.
• Working with SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools.
• Collaboration on system integrations (SOA / ESB).
• Creation and maintenance of operational and technical documentation.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support).
• Good knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred).
• Experience in log analysis and working with monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• English proficiency at B2 or C1 level, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum one-month notice period (effective at month-end) is acceptable.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Linux / Unix; Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Understanding of SOA / OSB.

• Long-term cooperation with compensation in the range of 160-180 PLN net/hour + VAT.
• Support with setting up and running a sole proprietorship for individuals without prior experience.
• Efficient recruitment process - one, maximum two technical interviews with managers, conducted online (each up to one hour).
• Cooperation within standard business hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) with slight flexibility possible.
