Call Centre Operator (German+French) remotely

We are currently looking for a: Call Centre Operator (German+French).

• Long-term cooperation with a leading international consulting company providing IT services to large and medium-sized businesses across various sectors, including automotive, healthcare, finance, banking, and manufacturing. 
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email in daily operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues across different international markets.
• Support day-to-day business operations and related administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate and support continuous process improvement.

• Fluency in German and French (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in communicating with customers and stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes and contribute to a collaborative team.
• English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level – enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP is preferred; a maximum 1-month notice period effective at the end of the month is acceptable.
• Nice to Have:
  
  • Previous experience in customer-facing, administrative, business support, or finance-related roles.
  • Interest in working within the financial sector.    

• Long-term cooperation with a remuneration of 65 - 85 PLN net/hour + VAT (B2B).
• Support with setting up and running a sole proprietorship for candidates without prior B2B experience.
• A streamlined recruitment process consisting of two online interviews with hiring managers (each lasting up to one hour).
